StudAI Edutech Private Limited (trading as NexArc) is committed to complying with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Consent

We collect explicit consent before processing your personal data. During signup, you are informed about what data we collect and why. You can withdraw consent at any time from your Settings page or by contacting us.

Your Rights

• Right to access: View all your personal data from Settings → Data Export.
• Right to correction: Edit your profile and personal information at any time.
• Right to erasure: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Deactivate.
• Right to grievance redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer for any concerns.

Data Processing

We process personal data only for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy — providing platform services, matching (Orin™ AI), communications, and payments. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for product improvement.

Children's Data
