1. Overview
NexArc is operated by StudAI Edutech Private Limited ("StudAI", "we", "us"). All paid subscriptions on NexArc are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.
2. Subscription Plans
NexArc offers the following paid subscription tiers:
- Pro — ₹499/month
- Growth — ₹999/month
- Company — ₹4,999/month
- Enterprise — ₹15,000+/month (custom pricing)
- Pro Mentor — ₹199/month
All payments are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Razorpay.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or a renewal charge.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.).
- Your account was charged after you had already submitted a cancellation request before the billing cycle renewal date.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
- Partial-month usage — if you used the subscription for part of the billing period and then request cancellation.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Enterprise plan custom agreements — these are governed by separate contract terms.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@nexarc.ai with the following information:
- Your registered email address on NexArc
- Razorpay payment/transaction ID (from your email receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of the charge
We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- Wallet: 1–3 business days
Refund timelines are dependent on your bank or payment provider and may vary.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
- You retain access to all paid features until the period expires.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
