By accessing or using NexArc ("the Platform"), operated by StudAI Edutech Private Limited ("StudAI", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use NexArc. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your profile current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; (b) impersonate others; (c) scrape or bot the platform; (d) circumvent subscription gates; (e) upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Our subscription tiers are: Pro (₹499/mo), Growth (₹999/mo), Company (₹4,999/mo), Enterprise (₹15,000+/mo), and Pro Mentor (₹199/mo). You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Free tier access remains available without payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you post on NexArc remains yours. By posting, you grant NexArc a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. The NexArc name, logo, and Orin™ are trademarks of StudAI Edutech Private Limited.

7. AI-Generated Content

Orin™ provides AI-generated scores, recommendations, and insights. These are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for business, hiring, or investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexArc is provided "as is" without warranties. StudAI Edutech Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
