The first 5 sessions define your NexArc mentor reputation. Tips:
- Respond to session requests within 24 hours — Speed matters for first impressions
- Send a pre-session questionnaire — Ask: What’s your biggest challenge right now? What do you want from this session?
- Structure the session — 5 min context, 20 min deep-dive, 5 min action items
- Follow up — Send a brief summary with action items within 24 hours
- Ask for a review — Ratings build your visibility on the platform
