Cohort management
Add startups to your cohort, assign team members, and track each one's progress in a single dashboard.
What you can do
- —Invite a startup from Ecosystem and wait for its Founder to accept the formal program relationship.
- —Accepted startups enter Portfolio before they can be assigned to a cohort.
- —Create time-bound cohorts with dates, theme, status, and startup capacity.
- —Assign or remove accepted Portfolio startups from each cohort.
- —Assign incubator team members to startups.
- —Track each startup's stage, activity, and Orin health score.
- —Run cohort-wide sessions and surface founder progress.
Ecosystem is for discovery and invitations, Portfolio is the accepted startup relationship, and Cohorts group those accepted startups into a program. Keeping these states separate prevents an invitation from appearing as an active cohort member before the Founder accepts.
Limits by plan
The number of active startups, team seats, mentors, and investors depends on your incubator plan — Starter, Pro, or Scale. See the incubator plans page for the exact limits.
