Orin not loading
If Orin's scores or recommendations aren't appearing, here's how to diagnose it quickly.
Most common causes
- —Profile too incomplete — Orin needs enough data to produce recommendations. Complete your profile to at least 40–60%.
- —Daily quota reached — you may have hit your plan's daily Orin limit. It resets at midnight IST.
- —Temporary provider issue — if the circuit breaker is open, Orin pauses calls and recovers within ~60 seconds.
Orin degrades gracefully
When the AI provider is briefly unavailable, Orin serves cached scores instead of blocking the page. If you see a slightly stale score, it will refresh on the next cycle.
Quick fixes
- —Refresh the page and wait a few seconds.
- —Complete any missing required profile fields.
- —If you're on Free and hit your limit, try again after the daily reset or upgrade.
