Auth issues
Login, sessions, and access — how to get back in and stay in.
Can't log in
- —Double-check your email and password.
- —Use 'Forgot password' to reset if you're unsure.
- —If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than a password.
- —After several failed attempts you may be rate-limited — wait a few minutes.
Logged out unexpectedly
Access tokens are short-lived by design and refresh automatically. If you were logged out, simply log back in — your data is safe. Clearing cookies and signing in again resolves most session glitches.
Access denied to a feature
A 403 usually means the feature needs a higher plan, not that something is broken. Check the error details for the required plan.
